Chocolate swiss roll

Ingredients for 4/6 people:

125 g. of dark chocolate

20 g. of butter

3 eggs

50 g. of whipping cream

50 g. of sugar

50 g. of flour

chocolate flakes

cocoa powder (to decorate).


In a bowl, work the eggs with the sugar until the mixture will be creamy. Add the flour and then the melted butter.

Whip the egg whites and incorporate into the mixture, then roll out all on a sheet of aluminum foil placed on the baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °. Let cool.

Meanwhile melt the chocolate, when it is cold incorporate it into the whipped cream and stir gently. Roll out then the cream on the basis of dough and roll it on itself.

Decorate the roll at will or with chocolate flakes and cocoa powder.
