Omelette with potatoes chips

Ingredients for 4 people:

Packed potatoes chips 200 gr

4 eggs

3 tablespoons of milk

2 tablespoons of olive oil



In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until they are foamy. Add the milk and continue beating then add the potatoes chips and after mixing gently let them rest for a few moments, stirring occasionally.

In a nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil then just pour in the mixture of

egg and potato chips.

Take coagulate for a few minutes then turn over the omelet with a plate or with the lid of a saucepan and cook on both sides for about 3 minutes.

Place the omelette on a serving dish and serve immediately.
